If a return is recommended by our technical support please send this form completely filled and you will get the RMA-receipt with your registered RMA-No.
If more than one item should be returned, please write the necessary details in the textfield "More items".
Please note: On intelligent cameras the current delivery status of the software will be installed. Unfortunately customer-installed software cannot be preserved!
Repairs under 250,-- EUR will be carried out without any quotation.
If no defect can be found we will charge a lump sum for testing of 60,-- EUR.
Debit notes are not accepted.
