mvIMPACT Acquire driver compliant to Windows 10
There are many bugfixes, updates and new features in the new driver software and firmware, however, we want to highlight a specific one, which can be helpful optimizing the data flow: the "mvAcquisitionMemoryFrameCount" property.
The property contains the number of images currently stored in the frame buffer of the device. If this value increases during normal streaming mode this could indicate a bandwidth shortage. Since USB 3.0 (mvBlueFOX3 family) and Dual-GigE (mvBlueCOUGAR-XD family) in combination with hugh and fast sensors challenge the bandwidth limits, this feature is available for all the products in these families. For the mvBlueCOUGAR-X family (GigE) this feature is only partially available, but will be widely available soon.
