MacOS support for GigE Vision devices

With the release 2.50 the mvIMPACT Acquire SDK now also offers a port for MacOS. At this time only GigE Vision devices like the mvBlueCOUGAR families are supported and the SDK is only compatible to 64 bit versions of MacOS 12.
